Bradley Nameplate produces high-tolerance die cut components using precision tooling, from micro-size parts at .080" × .400" to large-format pieces up to 5' × 6'. We can fabricate components several inches thick across a wide range of materials.
Our die cut components have flown on NASA missions. We work with Formax, polycarbonate, polyester, VHB, UHA, foam, polyimide (Kapton), phenolic, copper, aluminum, Nomex, and other engineered materials.
